You enter the house through the covered veranda. You then enter the hall which should also be the living room and from there you come to the bedroom, opposite is the bathroom and to the right the kitchen. Next to the house is an outbuilding (the former summer kitchen) with two rooms which can be incorporated into the house or can become a guest room.

The plot is 654 m2 and there are some outbuildings and the former animal shelters.

In Somogyszob there are about 1,500 inhabitants and in the village there are a few shops and restaurants and a GP service. Somogyszob is only 10 km from the nearest town Nagyatád, where you will find thermal baths, the larger chain stores, banks, schools, hospitals, etc. Another well-known thermal bath, Csokonyavisonta, is 30 km away, Lake Balaton is 55 km away and Lake Gyékényes with a free beach, diving opportunities and restaurants is 40 km away. The Croatian border is 30 km away.

In the area there are a few fishing ponds and many forests for hunting. Only 7 km from the village is the famous Kaszó area with 18,000 hectares of forest.
