The house is a challenge to make something of it again.

You enter the house through the covered hall and from there you have access to a hall which gives the opening to two rooms. Back to the covered veranda you then have access to the kitchen area, the bathroom and the separate toilet. If you break through the hall to the kitchen, the layout becomes much more logical.

The plot is 2,840 m2 and there are some old outbuildings.

Water and electricity are available. For drainage there is a septic tank. Connecting the internet and telephone is no problem.

Zádor is a village with less than 400 inhabitants. Beautiful green village on the edge of the provinces of Baranya and Somogy. In the village you can do your daily shopping and otherwise in the village of Kétújfalu, which is a little further away. For better shopping you can go to Szigetvár and there are many shops, sports facilities, restaurants and also a swimming pool with thermal bath.

In the Zádor area of Zádor you can swim, walk, ride horses, cycle, fish etc. The Zselic nature reserve is only a fifteen minute drive away.
