The villa we have acquired is located in Gavirate, on the shore of Lake Varese. We reach it on a clear morning and as we approach we notice the quiet, highly residential context in which it is set. Welcoming us is the large lawn, in which a precious-looking pond stands out, surrounded by refined essences, our sense of smell distinguishing the aroma of lavender. Arriving in front of the Villa by the cobblestones, the combination of the stone, the solid protagonist of its body, with the transparency of the large windows and the volumes of the large terraces overlooking the lush lawn, gives us a strong impression of modernity. Upon entering, we are pleasantly welcomed by the neutral colours combined with brown, in continuity with the façade. The kitchen is open-plan, its island makes us think of convivial aperitifs and dinners. We find the direct connection to the dining room and the large living area very practical, and it is from here that the large windows and a large terrace steal our gaze to finally admire Lake Varese: it is almost inevitable for us to linger in front of so much blue! We continue our tour of the first floor with the master bedroom, with its spacious and practical wardrobe room, and a bathroom. A dramatic wood and glass staircase holds more surprises in store for us on the lower floor, two more bedrooms, three bathrooms and, above all, the convenient relaxation area with an indoor swimming pool and gym that promise moments of daily well-being. Returning to the exterior, fascinated by the "cascading" swimming pool, we are left with the impression of a unique property, with an added value to which we are increasingly attentive: the A2 energy class aimed at environmental sustainability and also a future-proof investment, in every sense.
