This is a partly habitable house of 90 m2 in the center of the beautiful village of Sfaka which is a traditional village on the North coast of Crete on the east side of the Mirabello bay close to the coastal resort of Mochlos.

The house is built on two levels, on a plot of 160m2.
The ground level consists of a good sized kitchen, two rooms, a bathroom with bathtub and a WC.
On the basement there are two spacious storage rooms.
There is a nice little yard/garden and a very spacious roof terrace with an extra storage room and nice village view.

The state of the house is pretty good for its age and we do not believe there is so much work needed in order to bring it to a functional condition.

The village of Sfaka is part of a small complex of satellite villages to the seaside resort of Mochlos, Lasithi.
There are several shops and restaurants in Sfaka and the neighbouring villages as they attract a lot of business from the resort all through the year.
The villages around Mochlos are “open” all year round for the same reason as many locals are professionals or workers in the long summer tourist trade.

Sfaka is within a 10 minute drive to the seaside resort of Mochlos.
The neighbouring villages of Tourloti and Lastros are within a few minutes drive.
The larger towns of Ierapetra and Agios Nikolaos are within a 25 and 35 minute drives respectively.

The international airport of Heraklion, Crete is about one hour and twenty minutes from Sfaka.
