The village is surrounded by olive groves and fits into the green and picturesque surroundings. The beaches are not far and it’s an ideal starting point for hiking and trekking in the surrounding villages and Maritime Alps! Praelo is about 2 km away from Pantasina and Molini di Prelà , disposing of a grocery shop and some restaurants, and about 4 km from Dolcedo, the main village of the Prino Valley, offering small shops, restaurants, pizzerias, bars, a pharmacy and primary school / kindergarten. In 15-20 minutes by car (11 km) you can reach Porto Maurizio (Imperia) with its beaches and all the amenities of a seaside town. Imperia boasts the best climate in Italy - mild winters and temperate summers!
