The property is in the village Areeiro (Capelo) in the southwest side of Faial Island, a very quiet place with a fantastic view over sea, the village and some volcanic hills and 3km from the natural pools of Varadouro. 

Why to sell? Because me and my wife are moving to Lisbon where our kids live.

So there are two houses that we baptized Casa da Cisterna (due to the water rain cistern) and Casa da Urze (the name of an endemic protected bush). Around the houses is a garden with lawn and rounded by several kinds of bush trees. In front of the houses and belonging to the property is the parking area. Both houses have terrace and grills.

Casa da Cisterna (main house) – have two floors, the upper floor have an open living area with rest area, meals corner and a fully electric kitchen. Have 5 windows, 2 of them to the sea, one door to the terrace and other to the parking.  Downstairs have one suite with sleeping room and bathroom with one door to the outside and one single room with window and bath room (total 2 rooms and 2 WC).

Casa da Urze (a new cottage) – have two floors, the upper floor have on suite with bath room. Have 3 windows to the sea and village and one door to the terrace. Downstairs have an open area with rest space, meals corner and a fully electric kitchen, one window and two doors to the parking area.

Both houses are completely furnished and prepared to receive customers at any time. It includes small electric devices, flat TV´s, WIFI, heating devices and pre-installation for air conditioning.

Why to by two houses? Two suggestions: one for you and another one to receive your family and friends or one for you and the other one to rent to island visitors getting some money for maintenance.

The license can be transferred to you. We are open to show the houses at any time.
