Calling all developers! You have one day left to reserve your place at Overseas Property Professional's Networking Day in Abu Dhabi. The event, held on Thursday 29th October, helps international developers to break into the thriving Middle East market.

The day brings together delegates with hand-picked agents and brokers for one-on-one meetings and takes place in association with the International Real Estate & Investment Show (IREIS) in the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre. IREIS has already seen interest rise from companies keen to advertise to Middle Eastern buyers, with around 100 exhibitors attending from more than 25 countries, around 20 per cent up on last year.

Indeed, the Middle East is now the third-largest source of cross regional capital globally, according to CBRE, as investors look for international opportunities. From January to June 2015, their spending overseas rose 64 per cent to $11.5billion, says the agency.

The Abu Dhabi Networking Day arrives hot on the heels of a successful Networking Day, which took place in London on Friday 9th October.
