Tourism boosts agents' confidence in montenegro property market

A booming tourism industry is boosting agents' confidence in Montenegro's property market.

The World Tourism Council forecasts that the country will be the fastest growing tourism destination in the world over the coming decade, with investment up 15.6 per cent in 2015.

On the back of growing optimism, a new website has launched to cater specifically to agents looking to target foreign buyers. Stephan Savic, founder of the Amsterdam-based Hestify.com, tells OPP Today: "We understand the needs of the user and provide agents/developers and users a platform with the smartest options for presenting estate offerings. Understanding the perspective of the agent allows us to contribute to their daily success."

The launch follows measures taken by the Montenegro government to boost the real estate market, including the abolition of buying costs on new buld property.
