The Colombian property market is ‘one to watch’ over the next 5 years, claims one magazine…

In Forbes’ recent list of the world’s top 10 emerging locations, Colombia came in at number 10.

The magazine revealed: “Tensions along the Colombian border with Venezuela, and two years of home price softening, keep this housing economy from being a short-term pick.

“But assuming the Colombian economy can continue growing and its access to lending continues to bloom, it's a good market to watch in the next five years.

“Inflation is at its lowest rate in decades, and foreign direct investments, particularly from the U.S., continue to grow, with much of the money ending up in Bogotá.
