Patrick Dempsey has picked up himself a fabulous new micro-compound. Just one mile from Venice Beach, the three-storey home has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, with patios and decks offering a variety of space on every floor. It may not be as stunning as the Frank Gehry pad he owns in Malibu, but it is certainly (ahem) McDreamy enough.
