Vince vaughn picks up kate bosworth's pad
The comic actor, who recently starred in Delivery Man, splashed $2.39 million on the place, located in Nicholas Canyon. The home, which has three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, was originally bought by the actress, who is known for starring in Blue Crush, in back in 2005.
She paid $2.1 million for the property, notes Trulia, which came with over half an acre of land and a chef's kitchen furnace. It also boasts a main bedroom with two walk-in closets, a spa-style bath and, of course, big windows to gaze out upon the whole estate, which includes a lap pool and canyon views.
The open-plan home joins Vaughn's veritable A-list portfolio of property. The actor has purchased another two homes in the last year alone, adding to his staggeringly diverse collection, which ranges from a Manhattan Beach mansion in Los Angeles to a Chicago apartment and a Palmolive Building penthouse.
Kate's original asking price for the LA hideaway was $2.499m, but Vince managed to snatch it at a steal for roughly $1 million less, RealEstalker revealed. Knowing his record, he could probably use that cash to buy another home within a week.
