Toy giant Horst Brandstätter has listed his home on the market. The beach house, located in Florida, boasts everything you would expect from a property owned by the Playmobil exec: expansive coastline on both sides, as well as a swimming pool and a dock for his boat.
The estate, which sits on 9.4 acres, consists of seven bedrooms spread across three buildings, including two guest homes.
But the Jupiter Island property has something unique to make it any toy fan's dream: a rotating living room. The German millionaire reportedly built it so that he could look at the ocean in the morning and then, in the evening, admire the sunset over the Intracoastal Waterway.
"[He's] a toy maker — what do you expect?" Ken Meierling of Engel & Völkers told the Wall Street Journal.
The price to live in a beach house with a room that spins 360 degrees? $45 million.
