Sotheby's teams up with chinese company to reach investors
Pacific Sotheby's International Realty has teamed up with international luxury real estate marketing agency Caimeiju.
The company provides exposure to affluent consumers in China and will enable the San Diego-based branch of Sotheby's real estate arm to target this rapidly growing segment of international buyers investing in the US and elsewhere.
"There is tremendous interest in immigration and investment to our region and reaching these homebuyers and investors overseas is a priority in today's real estate market," says Brian Arrington, CEO, Pacific Sotheby's International Realty.
