The Twilight star first purchased Seyler House back in 2011. And what a house it is. The estate sits on 1.45 acres of land and was built in 1922 – designed by Stiles O.Clements – making it “one of the first private residences built in the gentle hills above Los Feliz”, according to its listing.

The home boasts everything a movie star could wish for: three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, a dining room and library, a jaw-dropping lagoon pool outside complete with waterfalls, vaulted ceilings and even an amphitheatre.

The home has passed a wealth of A-List celebrity hands, from Tim Curry to Noah Wyles to cinematographer Robert Richardson and Legally Blonde director Robert Luketic, reports Curbed. Pattinson paid $6.275 million for the property two years ago – and is now asking for $6.75 million so he can join its illustrious list of former owners.

Why anyone would want to part with such a shower, though, is beyond us.
