Miley cyrus buys a third house
How many homes did you own at the age of 23? Miley Cyrus now has three.
The pop star, who appears to be making it her mission to buck the trend among Milennials to be stuck in rented property until their mid-30s, has wasted no time in acquiring real estate.
Cyrus has previously snapped up a $3.9 million mid-century home in Studio City and a $5 million ranch and vineyard in Hidden Hills. Now, though, she has added a third estate to her collection.
The latest property is a $2.5 million home in Malibu, California. Located in the oceanside enclave of Ramirez Canyon, the three-bedroom property was built back in 1958 but was renovated recently. The home boasts a sun-filled dining room with heated stone floors, a large patio, a cook's kitchen with breakfast bar, a master suite with private balcony and, outside, a gazebo and Jacuzzi. In other words, exactly the kind of high-end accommodation you would expect from the singer - and certainly not the kind of property anyone would take a wrecking ball too.
You would not put such a move past her, though: Miley does not shy away from extravagant real estate decisions. Back in 2013, she caught media headlines with her decision to buy a $25,000 tent to sit in her back yard next to the swimmng pool.
The most glamorous part of her new pad? That would be the bathroom, which comes with its own Spider-Man-themed decor. Owning a home? That's the American Dream. Owning a home with a Spider-Man bathroom? That's the high life.
