Sevilla to play at pinatar arena as new hotel kicks off
Sevilla FC will play at the Costa Calida's Pinatar Arena this weekend, following construction work kicking off on the arena's new hotel.
The reigning UEFA Europa League champions will face AD Alcorcón on Sunday 19th July, the first of more than a dozen friendly matches expected to be hosted by Pinatar this summer.
Alcorcón manager Juan Ramon Lopez Muniz has already confirmed games against other teams, including EDS Manchester City, Manchester City U18, Real Betis, Deportivo Mestalla Valencia, Albacete and Atletico Baleares.
The arena, already one of the most popular European sports centres on Spain's south east Coast, is also set for an exciting period off the FIFA-approved pitches, as work continues on a new hotel. Indeed, the addition to the arena is urgently needed, as more than 30,000 room nights have been booked over the last two years in other nearby hotels.
The Pinatar Arena Hotel will be a modern complex across three levels, offering guests the choice of 69 rooms connected to the main sports Centre, reception, restaurant, swimming pool and bar area.
Investors can expect to earn 8 per cent yield per year, with a 100 per cent guaranteed buy back after 6 to 10 years, as well as 30 days' personal usage per year. Prices start from £62,400.
The development is also looking for estate agents to help market the hotel. For more information, click here.
