Demand for dubai offices driven up by economy
Demand for Dubai offices is being up by the emirate’s robust economy, according to Knight Frank.
Writing on the consultancy’s blog, UAE Research Manager Khawar Khan explains that economic confidence is encouraging occupiers to expand, boosting demand for office space. At the same time, landlords are achieving their asking rents for prime and Grade A office buildings from smaller occupiers, but are discounting rates to secure a steady income from larger occupiers.
Rents are expected to remain stable as demand continues to increase, matched by a rise in construction.
