Rent kirsten dunst's penthouse for $12,500 a month

The actress, last seen in the sumptuous The Two Faces of January, is no less stylish off the screen: her two-bed, one-bath penthouse is "exquisitely appointed", according to her listing, boasting breathtaking views of the Hudson.

"The finest mix of modern pieces and antiquities [shall] appeal to the most sophisticated of palates," adds the listing.

The neighbours are no less classy, with Casey Affleck and Gus Van Sant both owning units in the building. Dunst snapped up the home in 2007 for just over $3 million, but has now become a landlord for the princely sum of $12,500 a month. Casual fans should steer clear, though: while shorter term leases "will be considered", Dunst is asking for tenants looking to stay a minimum of six months.
