Spanish house building falls over 20pc

Spanish house building has fallen by 23.3 per cent, according to the Ministry of Development. 33,869 licences to build homes were granted in 2013, down from the 44,162 granted during 2012 and the lowest figure in the Ministry's records, which started in 2000.

Building permit figures have now decreased for seven years in a row, reports Kyero.
