French and swiss ski property race ahead of eurozone
French and Swiss ski property are racing ahead of other markets in the Eurozone, according to the Overseas Guides Company.
Early dumps of snow in the Alps are raising hopes of a bumper ski season, which combined with a stronger pound should mean a busy time for the ski rental market.
Richard Way, Editor at The Overseas Guides Company said: "If they haven't already, owners of freehold property in the Alps are being advised to prepare their property for lets to avoid missing out on lucrative rentals and what could potentially be a very long ski season."
"The ski property market in France and Switzerland has outperformed other holiday home markets in the Eurozone, thanks to limited supply, a very lifestyle-driven target audience and strong international appeal."
