Sales of lithuanian property jump in march
Sales of property in Lithuania jumped in March, according to new figures from the Centre of Registers. The preliminary numbers show that 7,900 transactions were recorded last month, up 15.8 per cent from February 2015.
Despite the improvement, though, activity remains 23.7 per cent below March 2014. While holiday homes were not of interest, 3,928 land plots were sold in March, up 16.3 per cent from the previous month, but still 22 per cent lower than the same month a year earlier.
