The acid-tongued comedienne Joan Rivers has found herself in an ugly fight with a former neighbor who is now suing her for $15million in a real estate dispute that has turned personal.

The lawsuit was filed Wednesday in Manhattan by socialite Elizabeth Hazan, 41, who used to own a unit in the luxury Upper East Side condominium where Rivers has lived for the past 25 years, reports the Daily Mail.
