Ukraine ‘ideal’ for btl

Ukraine could well appeal to savvy investors looking for new BTL options abroad, according to one expert...

Liam Bailey, from overseas investment specialists David Stanley Redfern commented:  â€œWith its beautiful coastline and low cost of living", property in the country is a very attractive option. Ukraine is the same as the rest of these Eastern European states. They are all becoming big at the moment."

Mr Bailey added: “Its popularity with tourists could well make it an ideal place for buy-to-let investors. On top of that, it’s a very good holiday destination, especially in peak season, so the places on the cost will be great holiday spots."
