World's most expensive rental property hits new york

The Pioerre Hotel Residences porfolio of 10 grand suites has been launched by luxury real estate firm TOWN Fifth Avenue. The property includes the entire 39th floor of the building, spanning 4,786 square feet. This, in turn, includes the Presidential Suite, which has never been available to rent before. (It boasts a staggering six bedrooms, a formal living room, dining room and views over Central Park.)

“With a location recognized around the world as the epicenter of luxury, the availability of this remarkable property meets an unmet demand for large rental apartments with terms that cater to the specific needs of each individual," says TOWN Fifth Avenue Broker Therese Bateman, who adds that they are already receiving interest from as far afield as Saudi Arabia and Australia, as well as Germany, France, Italy and the UK.

Guests taking advantage of the flexible-term luxury leasing program will be able to stay in AAA Five Diamond hotel - named one of Condé Nast Traveler’s Top 25 in New York City - for an extended period of time with sole access to the full Presidential Suite floor, as well as bespoke luxury services, such as the Taj Royal Attaché and a chauffeur-driven Jaguar.

The cost? A mere $500,000 per month.
