Turkey hits the golf jackpot

A prestigious golf award could be great news for Turkey property investors…

Turkey has been awarded “Best Golf Destination of the Year – Europe 2008” by the International Association of Golf Tour Operators (IAGTO).

The award underpins Turkey’s growing popularity in the golfing world and cements its reputation for building superior courses.

Robert Nixon, Operations Director, Nirvana International enthused: “This is a tremendous accolade for Turkey. Winning the coveted IAGTO Award puts Turkey ahead of such golf renowned countries as Portugal and Spain and because we are outside the euro zone and the cost of living is lower than in other parts of Europe, we see a great future for Turkey through its amazing golf facilities”.
