Dolly parton now has three separate homes up for sale

The country singing legend owns several homes across California. Last week, she listed a bungalow cottage in Los Angeles for $1.395 million. The 1,091-square-foot home could not be more countryfied, boasting two bedrooms and a garden patio along with a whole host of fixtures and fittings adorned in pink florals, flowering cacti, guitars and rustic wood.
The Hollywood home, though, was only the start: after warming up with the cottage, Parton went into full song, adding two other homes to the market. The first, a compound in the Faux-Danish village of Solvang, is rumoured to have been bought in 2007 for $1.08 million. The pad sits on a .27-acre plot with a three-bedroom main house and a another two separate living spaces. The asking price? A much lower $950,000.
Dolly's other abode is located in Idyllwild's mountains, which was reputedly snapped up in 2000. The three-bedroom cottage is another cute bungalow, complete with a path that goes down into the woods. The price for that one?$599,000.
It is not unusual for celebrities to sell homes, or even to cut prices to find buyers, but three homes at once is a surprising sight: even more surprising than Dolly Parton herself, who still cuts a loud figure in country circles despite her age of 68.
Do not be concerned, though: everyone's favourite guitar-playing Barbie still has her feet firmly in Nashville. She recently purchased a renovated bungalow for $150,000 in the area, just to thing to go with her 23-bedroom mansion nearby.
