Naked woman gets stuck in chimney

A 35-year-old woman became stuck in a chimney this week - only to have to take her clothes off to escape.

The unnamed female climbed down her estranged husband's chimney in Woodcrest, California, at night, reports The Mirror, only to get stuck halfway. As a result, she disrobed in an attempt to squeeze out of the 12-by-12 inch chimney, but had to call for help at 5am.

Her ex-partner tried to help her out, even climbing up on to the roof to free her from there, but after nearly falling off, called the emergency services.

The fire brigade arrived to free her; an operation that took two hours to complete.
