Cushman & wakefield moves to one world trade center

Cushman & Wakefield has moved its Lower Manhattan office to One World Trade Center, the iconic tower at the forefront of Downtown’s emergence as one of America’s most dynamic urban centers.

The real estate services leader occupies 10,122 square feet of build-to-suit space on the 45th floor of the Western Hemisphere’s tallest building. The firm had previously occupied an office at 100 Wall Street.

"One of the world’s great real estate companies is now located in one of the world’s great buildings," said Ron Lo Russo, president of Cushman & Wakefield’s New York Tri-State Region. "One World Trade Center stands at the center of the action Downtown. We are thrilled to call it our new home."
