Savills partners with miami firm

The real estate advisor already has ties with US Associates in New York, Los Angeles and San Francisco. Now, it will expand into the Florida market with a new association with Fortune International Group.

Fortune International Group and its brokerage division, Fortune International Realty, have 1,000 associates in 15 offices in Florida from Orlando to Miami to Key Largo, and a strong presence in Latin America.

The combined Fortune companies have completed $3.5 billion in sales each year for the last three years. In the last two years, more than 80 perc ent of those sales have been to foreign nationals originating from 82 different countries. Among Fortune’s high profile developments are Jade Signature, Jade Ocean, The Ritz-Carlton Residences Sunny Isles Beach and Auberge Beach Residences and Spa Fort Lauderdale.
