Bruce willis puts manhattan apartment on market

How can the same thing happen to the same guy twice? At a time of year when Bruce Willis will be appearing most people's TV sets to celebrate the annual Die Hard holiday that is Christmas, the actor is making the most of the season to to market one of this homes.

He has just listed a three-bedroom apartment in Manhattan for $13 million. The property (in the famous Eldorado building) includes neighbours such as Alex Baldwin, as well as Central Park views.

"They just spent two years renovating it; they took it back to the studs," Douglas Elliman broker Ann Cutbill Lenane told Zillow.

Willis, though, is no stranger to the world of selling real estate: he has already had to slash the price of his Hailey, ID, home from $15 million to $7.05 million to attract a buyer.
