Developers "cautious" in phuket

Developers "remain cautious" in Phuket, according to CBRE's latest report.

Sales of villas declined in Q2 2015 compared to Q2 2014, with three villa projects launched in Q2 2015, all entry-level.

Four condominuim projects were launched in the quarter: three Entry-level and one mid-range project with mostly one-bedroom type units. The number of condominium units launched this quarter are double those last year.

"We continue to see evidence of Chinese investors and the return of Western expatriates based in Asia to the market," says CBRE.
