Mercers crowned best spanish estate agency for fourth time

Murcia-based estate agent Mercers has been crowned Best Real Estate Agency Spain for the fourth time.

The European Property Awards ranked the site as number one for the fourth time in the past six years, which owner Chris Mercer says arrives during a time of bumper sales: "Last year we were up 60% on 2012, and this year we expect to be up a further 30% on 2013. This is testament to our dedication to customer service, the reason why we're singled-out to win awards such as this, and the fact that we cater perfectly to the current economic climate by focussing on highly affordable property – mainly in the 50,000 to 200,000 euro price bracket, all close to beach and golf."
