Mariah carey sells bel-air home for $9m

Mariah Carey has sold her Bel-Ar home. The gated property, which spans 13,000 square feet and includes a music studio and basketball court, was the marital home of the singer her former husband, Nick Cannon.

Following the couple's split last year, though, they have sold it for $9 million. The pair join a string of starry former owners of the home, including Charlie's Hangels star Farrah Fawcett and studio exec Allen Sides.
