Leasing made more flexible by french developer

A French developer has made leasing more flexible for buyers in response to growing demand for short breaks.

MGM, the biggest developer in the French Alps, has introduced a range of leaseback options to include a guaranteed rental income package, linked to weekly lettings during the ski season and other locations during the summer months.

The move is in response to the growing demand for short breaks and long weekends during the off-peak period, which is being driven by a rising number of budget flights to the area, making resorts more accessible.
