Sales have slipped by 27 per cent in the first half of 2014 compared to the same period in 2013, according to Knight Frank. Now, developers are coming up with increasingly unusual way to shift units, from Disney-themed apartments and ones that are "somehow connected" to Michael Schumacher, notes the WSJ, to US Open tennis-themed properties designed to stand out from the crowd of generic artist renderings.
