Apartment property prices rise in cyprus
Apartment property prices climbed in Cyprus during the first nine months of 2014, according to new figures from Cyprus Economic Intelligence.
The report found that the median price of flats at the top-end of the market increased from €166,634 in the first three months of last year to €235,000 in the three months to September 2014.
CEI attributes the rising average to the large number of high value transactions completed in the second and third quarters of the year, which it, in turn, attributes to government incentives such as multi-entry visas.
