Celebrity homes: is robert pattinson renting this house?

Pattinson, famous for playing heartthrob vampire Edward Cullen in the Twilight franchise, was subject to even more media attention than normal when he broke up with fellow Twilight star Kristen Stewart. The couple continued to live near each other in Los Feliz, with each now owning their own home in the area.

After seeming to get back together, though, the pair appears to be separately for good. The clue? Robert Pattinson has literally moved on.

The actor is now renting an “ultra-private” home in Beverly Hills, over 9 miles from Stewart’s addres, according to E! News, who noted that his new residence was a “French-Mediterranean-style home” and boasted “a sports bar, heated swimming pool, steam room, library and spa”.

"It's very beautiful, but it does not have a lot of furniture,” the publication’s source said. “You can tell he has not lived there for very long.”

Those details were all Zillow needed to try and find a match: a five bedroom home in a gated community that sold in April for $3.7 million. It spans 5,2892 square feet, has a luxury kitchen and a steam shower.

“There’s no evidence that the home was ever publicly listed for rent, but as with a lot of celebrity transactions, that doesn’t mean that Pattinson wasn’t able to snag the home for a lease,” comments Erika Riggs.
