California desert association of realtors joins juwai

The California Desert Association of Realtors has joined forces with Juwai.com, giving its 3,000+ members access to the thriving Chinese market.

California has always been one of the most popular markets for Chinese investors, thanks to the existing Chinese community in the state and the presence of some of the world's best universities (Caltech, Stanford, and Berkeley).

The new partnership means that CDAR members' listings will be live on the Chinese portal, advertising their properties behind China's firewall to 2.6 million monthly users.

According to Juwai.com, Chinese enquiries for Californian property on the site jumped 52.2 per cent year-on-year in November 2015.
