Matthew perry sells malibu home

Matthew Perry has found a potential buyer for his Malibu home.

The four-bedroom cliffside home, which looks out over Malibu Pier (it's called Pier House) has a swimming pool, a games room, a private cinema and a sound system that extends outside the home.

The actor, who is best known for playing Chandler on Friends, listed it last year with an asking price of $12.5 million, but struggled to find a buyer - until now. The transaction is officially pending at the time of writing.
