Homesgofast's, chief executive officer, Nicholas Marr recently commented: “Of the 170,000 inquiries we received last month, a significant number were Turkey-based. Cheaper overseas property investments are in Vogue, with the majority of our top five property regions offering prime real estate at bargain prices. 

"The creeping credit crunch means that more investors are looking for property in places like Egypt to avoid having to raise finance. Turkey is experiencing such popularity due to it being a favoured holiday destination and displaying good rental potential”.
