Overseas investors should start looking at inland Turkey for property bargains…

A spokesperson for Foreign Property Buyer stated: “The Government has moved away from promoting Turkey as a location for beach holidays and is instead marketing the country as a whole. This means that demand for rental accommodation in many areas will improve - a development which will benefit buy-to-let investors in major tourist areas.

”This new marketing strategy will also create new tourism hotspots that have not yet been tapped into. Since prices in these regions are still relatively cheap, and people who enter the market early could benefit the most from the possible increases.

"Prices will be lower than in the current top tourist areas and if you invest in an area which has plenty of tourism potential, you should see excellent returns."
