Property portal launches in sri lanka

HouseJuvo.com, now in beta mode, lists homes available to rent and to buy in the country. The site is Sri Lanka's first property marketplace and one of the country's first startups based in India.

"It is easy to find properties, just two clicks from the homepage and view listings of properties in the area of interest," the founders told Property Portal Watch.

The HouseJuvo team, which has a combined experience of 35 years in the online industry, is keen to focus on emerging markets. Indeed, it has already confirmed plans to offer services across South-South East Asia and Africa based on the HouseJuvo.com Sri Lanka site.

"These markets are currently facing robust economic growth and an impressive progress in real estate industry in particular," explains T. Shrikanth, CEO, noting that the geo-political state of the markets make them a "compulsive market for the future.
