property investors with an environmentally-friendly conscience could be
interested to learn one firm plans to invest £352 million in the country's wind
energy programmes, it has been reported...
Ventania's forecasted investment will cover plans to build 11 wind farms in
Ceara, Piaui and Rio Grande do Norte in the country's north-east, according to
the Brazil Arab News Agency (ANBA).
Armando Ferreira, the President of the firm's controlling company Energia
Global, told the ANBA, "The entire investment should be made by Ventania,
which will have a subsidiary in each state."
Meanwhile, in other news which could be of interest to Brazilian property
investors, Iran
has announced it wants to forge closer ties with the Latin American nation.
The Persian Gulf nation's ambassador to Brazil, Mohsen Shaterzadeh,
announced during a trip to the Arab Brazilian Chamber of
Commerce that trade, investment and partnerships between the nations could
soon reach £5 billion, ANBA reported this week.
