Investors eye ‘lucrative’ cyprus

According to the Galway Advertiser, the Mediterranean island offers a number of financial benefits to investors. The newspaper highlighted the relatively cheap price of property as one of its main attributes, as it is much more affordable than many other locations.

In addition, Cyprus was said to be a very safe and secure market where people can also enjoy certain tax advantages. The Galway Advertiser commented: "The property market in Cyprus remains very strong and vibrant, offering excellent value with quality developments."

Prospective buyers were also told that house prices on the island have been going up by at least 15 per cent a year over the last few years.
