Women invest dh6bn on dubai real etate

Women have invested almost Dh6 billion on Dubai real etate in the first quarter of the year.

Data from the Dubai Land Department, shared with Emirates247, shows that 2,416 female investors bought real estate in the emirate between January and April 2015, worth a total of Dh5.84 billion.

Indian women led the way, with transactions worth Dh1.05 billion, followed by Emirati women (Dh884 million). 295 British women invested Dh666.5 million, followed by 195 Pakistani women, who spent Dh268 million.
