Dubai off-plan search tool launches

A new portal has launched in Dubai to allow investors from around the world to search for off-plan developments. Properties still under construction have become popular among international buyers in recent years, as the emirate's rapidly rising prices offered strong potential for capital growth. In recent months, though, the market has cooled, thanks to rising supply, higher prices and restrictive measures from the authorities, designed to discourage such speculative investment.

Lookup.ae currently offers off-plan units in approximately 40 developments from companies such as Emaar and Damac.
