Selena Gomez has put her Californian home on the market.

The singer is only in her twenties but has been under the spotlight for a long time, thanks to her child acting days, which saw her appear in Barney & Friends and, later, Wizards of Waverly Place on the Disney Channel.

At the fledgling age of 18, she signed a record deal with Hollywood Records, but one of the signs of adulthood is owning a home - a milestone that she achieved in 2014. Now, just one year afterwards, she has put the property back on the market once more, completing the real estate cycle.

The home, located in Calabasas, was purchased by the pop star for $3.69 million, a price that fetched her five bedrooms, six bathrooms, three acres of land and a guesthouse with an additional bed and bath.

The property screams "I just wanna look good for you", with its neutral-tiled floor, walk-in wine cellar, high ceilings, a dining wroom with a two-storey wall of windows, plus a swimming pool, spa and outdoor kitchen.
