Palm jumeirah's first residential-only development launches

The first fully residential development has launched in the Palm Jumeirah resort in Dubai.

Serenia Residences, by Palma Development, provides 250 units, including one- to four-bedroom apartments and penthouse suites. Prices start from AED 2 million.
