For rent - tmz founder's ironically pap-proof home
The founder of celebrity news site TMZ has put his home up for rent - and it is ironically "paparazzi-proof", reports the LA Times.
The Spanish-style hideaway was put up for sale by Harvey Levin in 2013 with an asking price of $5.3 million. After no one bought it, though, it lowered the price to $4.75 million before ultimately opting to let it out instead.
The 3,000 square feet property boasts standard features such as a security alarm, but also has no tall houses around it, "mature hedges" and a gated driveway. The price for not being papped on your doorstep? $20,000 a month.
