Alfonso ribeiro puts home on the market
The actor, who is famous for playing Carlton in The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, began hosting America's Funniest Home Videos last year. Now, he's looking for a change in his personal life too, with his Toluca Lake property now lised for sale.
Ribeiro moved into a Granada Hills property last year, replacing the four-bedroom Toluca home as his primary residence. The two-storey building, built in 1941, offers three fireplaces, wood and tile floors, a chef's kitchen and swimming pool with above-ground spa. He originally bought the property over 10 years ago for $729,000, reports the LA Times. But as Carlton would say, it's not unusual for a property's value to increase over a decade. The new price? $1.449 million.
